For the second ELC Fall Event of the semester, English Teaching Fellows Marie Webb and Kerry Pusey led a Mexican cooking demonstration last Wednesday, October 9, 2013, which proved to be a fun-filled activity for all in attendance. The activity included several focal points, including background information about Mexico, California (a U.S. state which borders and closely identifies with Mexico), and the importance of Mexican food within the culture of Southern California.
