10:30-12:30 | Reception and Opening CeremonyWelcome & Opening Remarks by Alice Lee, Acting Director, English Language Centre, University of Macau Life in the U.S.A., A Panel Discussion with Jessica Gardner, Angie Chong & Elizabeth Neely, ELC Teaching Fellows , ( 1 SAS Smart Point ) Teaching Fellows Jess, Angie, and Beth will talk about their experiences living in the U.S.A. and compare the states from which they come, California (Angie), Minnesota (Jess), and Georgia (Beth). Come learn more about what life is like in the U.S. They will talk about food, culture, fashion, landscape, popular activities, slang, famous people and landmarks.
